Quick and dirty, you’d need well over a $2 billion jackpot to break even after taxes, even accounting for the minor prizes I’m guessing.

~1 in 300 million odds at $2 a pop = $600 million
~50% effective tax rate = $1.2 billion
~50% net present value = $2.4 billion
