There was an "undecided" caller on Stern a couple weeks ago.

She was a Trump voter who doesn't want to vote for him this time but is worried what her friends and family would think if she voted for Harris.
So not undecided in the way that I think of it. More like, not of strong conviction / easily influenced even though she knows the right thing to do.
