We hope it survives the winter, we'll leave it untouched as much as possible.

My niece ran into it and we thought she may have broken it. It wouldn't retract fully. But it turns out she just messed with the tension, all I had to do was turn a little mechanism and it's good as new.

Same brand and model BTW.
