This summer they finished the area adjacent to our house/subdivision. Been fun meeting the new neighbors but we learned yesterday one of the homes

about 4 homes down from us the buyers had to move out of. Apparently the builder screwed up the foundation and the house started sinking
I can't imagine how awful that must be for the family (we met them once or twice). Unclear whether they will have to demolish the house and start over or if they can fix it
