but I can't believe the process to get them back. Hotel says we have to arrange the shipping and provide all the labels to them before they can ship. Fortunately my firm's service department can help, but it requires 4 separate fedex labels (for some reason), I think we need to provide copies of our passports and some other paperwork and with customs it will take 3-4 weeks to return. That seems insane just to send a package.

Fed ex international—they need 2 labels+ 2 copies commercial/pro forma info for just the outside of the box—another set of copies for the driver - Trending Oct 22, 10:26
The physical sending of a package is easy. It is all the paperwork associated with exporting the shipment and the importing on this side - JD Oct 22, 10:23
