srsly. my mom was here when she was due for one and they just gave it to her free, no questions asked. tourist, didn’t check insurance or anything.

she left Canada a week before she was eligible and they wouldn’t give it to her early. Aussies just jabbed her gratis. it was so easy she did it again on her visit last year.
