STIS: so, we went to Florida. While there we kept our data and roaming turned off the whole time. BUTwe ended up being charged for a couple of days of

"roam like home" (essentially data (a text or two we figure)). We used WIFI the entire time, no data.

I messaged Rogers.
Apparently to avoid these charges you have to keep your phone on Airplane Mode while in the US the entire time or remove the SIM Canada while still in Canada.

This seems real shifty to me.
ST knows stuff - is this a regular practice?
