In response to "50 seconds in the microwave. -- nm" by LMS

May I suggest a frying pan. Toss in the pan on a medium to low heat and once the pan is good and warm drop a tiny bit of water on the side and cover

the pan.
The crust will get nice and crunchy while the steam from the water will melt the cheese nicely.

With that said, I tend to eat it cold on Saturday mornings while I watch TV.
