i get so annoyed with people who buy non-refundable fares and then get upset when they can't travel and don't get a refund.
in fact, we bought very cheap basic non-refundables on WestJet to go to Florida next week, we decided not to go. I will not get a refund as that is what i booked, that's the deal.
