I got him 38th because of poor attributes (248th out of 768) but stat-wise, he's top 20.
Responses:
Only in the high 200s here. The algorithm says his rebounding and defense numbers are fine but should be better given the height.

I've had much better luck (probably anecdotal) when I started maxing out the PP --35/34/33...etc
