I mean, I think the literal margin in that case, if Dems gain 7, would be um... 3? (219-216?) But I'm not sure how you're using "margin." -- nm*

Or, wait -- "margin change." A Dem margin of -6 would change to +3, so that's a *change* of 9. -- nm
