if the car is really $ 4500 off - then it should be off the lowest they really can sell it for.

I know better and I would do my research but people trust the government to make sure their $ 4500 is really coming off the lowest price -

that is all I will say - I have no dog in this fight.

dealers have always worked around the system.

and all of the alleged crushed cars - yeah, not happening either.
