Actually, I don't "see it". I don't feel it's a ripoff unless buyers aren't seeing any of the incentive. And since I'm pro Capitalism, I have no

with business making money from this program.
I think it's a particularly good sign for the economy that dealers CAN raise prices and still see this huge jump in sales.
