Does it matter? Wasn't Instagram originated as a mobile social media service? Like weren't the ones who didn't have a desktop interface when they started -- (edited)

I get that mobile phone norm has essentially become what were originally made fun of as phablets. (I'm going to be very sad when I purchase the next iPhone SE and in my dainty hands, I won't be able to use it on a one handed basis)
But back to the point, even with those massive, won't fit in a pocket, screens, how much resolution does one need for an Instagram video?
