They could be election day voters from 2020 who have chosen to early vote.

Despite Trump's 2020 stance, the GOP in general has been pushing early voting.

Even Trump's message this year is anti-mail/anti-absentee, not anti-early.

I'm not saying there are NO new voters, I'm just not sure if this is a shift to more early voting, or something else.
