On Friday I had a message that the library was closing immediately for "maintenance" and would likely re-open on Monday.

My first instinct was that the downstairs plumbing had backed up again.

I was correct.

The downstairs kid's section is below grade and every so often the system backs up and floods the place with sewage.

I hope the planned renovations take care of that.
