We don't know how to wrap everything up in just one episode in a nice bow! What do we do?! I know! Let's introduce the CIA and have them straighten everything out... no, no one will believe that. There hasn't been a hint of the CIA lurking around for a moment all season! The only way we get away with that is if we did some stunt casting.
