If Harris wins NC it is NOT over, if she loses PA.

WI+MI+NC alone will fall short. Trump would win 271-267 if Harris wins WI+MI+NC but Trump wins PA.

Now of course, if Harris were to get WI+MI+NC, she could afford to lose PA IF she were to win any one of: Nevada, Arizona, Georgia
