We don’t have choir rehearsal next week because of Election Day

I intentionally haven’t been pessimistic about the election so far but the closer we get the more I feel our holiday program around the theme of Hope to be incredibly naive, and the requiem mass we are set to perform in our spring concert to be horrifyingly appropriate.
