I haven't flown them. A friend who used to live in Minneapolis and is addicted to flying the cheapest fare possible has (repeatedly).

He had no complaints.
This is also a person who flew Spirit from Minneapolis to Colombia (the country) and back via Fort Lauderdale connection, and I think he had a overnight layover in the FLL airport in one direction. He though Spirit was fine too.
