More Travel: Our cruise ends in Athens, Greece next year. What do I need to see/do in Greece?

I'm like, "I've always wanted to go to Greece!" and now that we're trying to figure out how long we want to stay there and what to do, I've narrowed it down to:
- Visit the Acropolis/Parthenon
- Eat Greek food

I honestly can't think of anything else specific.

(Note: one of the cruise stops is 12 hours in Mykonos, so leave that out.)
