In response to "The space stuff is south, so if you can fly into Houston Hobby (HOU) instead of IAH (which is on the north side) it will make life easier -- nm*" by ty97

Beyond that I've been to Houston many times (though not recently at all) and can't think of anything that 'must be seen'
