big tie.
He's out of Region with Fair+ Local (none of us are in the same Region so we'd be behind on him with that)
Good- Win rate...okay, we could play since we're all solid to really good
Poor impact which fits us since we're all solid, but he's a lottery ticket.

My 4 stats grades are an attempt to balance out the different positions -- I grade on PPG / RPG / Ast-TO ratio to equalize PG and interior players and then Turnovers Created (Steals are 1, Blocks are .6 since 60% of blocks have historically been changes in possession).
And then grade on a -2.25 to +2.25 scale so a perfectly FFFFF grade guy with middle-level Exams and GPA's is a 0. And if he's 384th in each of the 4 stats...0.00 as well.
If you get 3 of the top 150 guys, you're getting a top 50 class in this league. If they sum up to 20 pts in my system, you're top 50.
The best I've ever had was 2 guys each came in +9/0 and between them, my scale had them at 31 total. The 3rd walkon brought it down to 28.
