There's a lot of correlation between these groups though

and if you're trying to get every niche group you can run into problems - if your black population is small in an area, you might get the Mark Robinson.
If you have a bag of marbles and your sample size is 800, and you get a 50/50 split R/B, in order for the actual split to be 60/40, you would have to pull *200* straight reds. That's if your bag is evenly mixed, which is definitely the biggest issue and why polling is so broken right now.
