I can't even imagine. in PA the judge has to deliver materials including voted ballots to the county courthouse after the election.

you also have to hand count all ballots after close to audit ballots voted vs ballots received.
we have like 2000 and it's a huge pain in the ass; I have two people counting for at least 20 mins. imagine a polling place with like 12k ballots. I just can't. and like how do you fit all of those into a car??
