But in an anti-trust driven move, that's only in the US. InBev is the owner of Grupo Modelo everywhere but the US 🤔 -- nm

Yes. AFAIK, InBev owns Grupo Modelo. Modelo is owned by Constellation in the US. Everywhere else it is owned by Grupo Modelo and hence InBev. -- nm
