Yes, but also no. It is indeed here. But more on the precipice of being great. It's also somewhat slow. And obviously not widely used.

It's not yet great because it still mistranslates quite a lot due to dialect and pronounciation, which needs AI to clean up.
It's somewhat slow because it isn't on-device and connectivity is variable.
And it's not widely used because, of course, the first two reasons. But it will absolutely get there. It won't take is nearly as long to get to the point where speech-to-text did from the Ye Old Days of Dragon software.
