I've had experiences like that (rarely) before. They are very annoying.

but it's difficult to know if it was a layoff issue or a just an operational breakdown, with a one-off experience.
Again, though, I've flown them very little. I liked when I did fly them. (and, IIRC, we had to wait a few for a ground crew at DTW)
