I did have an inspection. I don't know to what extent anything so far would have applied and I bought it from an estate 8 years ago.

The current issue is that I'm having my driveway redone. When they started digging it up they found that the driveway was originally concrete and they just black topped over it and then black topped over that and then... ultimately I had concrete and four layers of blacktop. That means more digging than expected and more fill material needed.
