I wanted to organize a trip back to Cape Cod, we haven't been in over a decade, but I don't want to anymore and I know my mom wouldn't either

I'm wondering if my sister still considers moving to the US, they're expats and they've lived in NY in the past. But with 2 young kids, I really hope she doesn't...
Then again they have Canadian and soon French citizenship, so it's easy to get out if necessary.
