It was racism and sexism that made her have about 12 million less votes than Biden. Being on the campaign trail longer wouldn't have changed that.

Plus, if it was an open primary, I doubt she would have won.
Responses:
it's not going to change the result but it's driving me insane that people are comparing this when half of California is still not counted.
