My MAGA brother

My brother has been full on MAGA since Trump came down that escalator. We've never been particularly close in part due to an age difference, but we talk occasionally and see each other at holidays and family get togethers. We just stopped having politics as a topic of conversation long ago. He believes every conspiracy theory. It was so long ago that I don't remember the specifics but there was something that I thought was so ridiculous that even he wouldn't buy it, but he took it as completely true. That's the point when I went with the strategy of non engagement because I knew it wasn't worth it. We talk about sports or other things, but we just never bring up politics with each other.
He and his wife (they've not married but been together almost 30 years and have 3 kids) have pretty much never worked. He has his house because many years ago the bank tried to foreclose but made some mistakes in the process so the court blocked it (I assume because of some regulation put in place by Democrats). I don't know the specifics but he seems like from there on he does not make mortgage payments but the bank can't foreclose.
Like I said, he hasn't really worked for decades due to laziness from the best that I can tell so he also has not had health insurance. Of course they have also gotten various forms of government aid (again likely thanks to Democrats).
Earlier this year he got pretty sick. After dealing with it for months he finally went to a clinic. They helped hook him up with insurance through ACA and I believe he has Medicaid now (again, thanks Democrats). Turns out that he has colorectal cancer and it had progressed to an almost complete blockage that required an emergency colostomy. He's still at the beginning stages of treatment and has a long road ahead of him.
I've bitten my tongue about bringing up that he has Obama to thank for the fact that he has healthcare available to him. I'm conflicted, but at the end he's my brother and I want him to get the care he needs.
So, he of course voted for Trump. I worry about whether he will be able to keep his insurance.
This is my anectdotal reason of why I don't even know what can be done. He's a non college educated poor white male (though not young) who benefits immensely from programs instituted by Democrats. Honestly, he's exactly what people complain about when they direct those complaints against their view of "welfare moms." He's totally with Trump and MAGA and will follow blindly. Like many have said, it's a cult.
