Being lumped together as Latinos, rather than Mexican-Americans, Cuban-Americans, etc.
When it comes to immigration, it's assumed that Latinos would fall in line with Democrat policies - but they don't, especially on border security. Law and order too.
Some assume that Latino voters have the same concerns as African-American voters, and what is good for one is also good for the other. That's not always the case. (I'd also suggest that Latinos generally identify more with white people than with black people, and don't appreciate being put in the same category as black people)
And the use of Latinx - I'm not sure how widely this is actually used but I think it gets amplified as "they just don't get us".
