speaking of, I bought something on ebay and it was delivered to my house by the USPS. I have a tracking number. it shows delivered.

I never got it. It was an envelope so it's not like someone saw it and took it. I call the USPS and they say, "sorry. not our fault. we delivered it."
this seems kind of strange to me, now that I think about it. what good is *just* tracking data? like, it's not accurate when things are in transit, and it's not useful if something goes missing. so... why pay the 55 cents?
