While I certainly get that you wouldn't want to go back, it wasn't really you that was banned, it was that account. You can always make a new one. But

again, you probably just don't want a new Twitter account and that's understandable.
That said, BlueSky is a bit complicated in terms of "who owns it" or "who's running it" -- maybe read stuff like this if you're really curious: https://techcrunch.com/2024/10/21/what-is-bluesky-everything-to-know-about-the-x-competitor/
Or just give it a try and see for yourself. I found it pretty easy to get into. I really missed Twitter so I was actively looking for a substitute -- I realize not everyone is!
