WDW peeps - What restaurant do you recommend in Disney Springs?

My daughter is planning a trip for her and her aunts. She is fretting over the dining selection.

Currently she is planning to go to Morimotob for lunch on the day they arrive, but she's also planning to watch the fireworks that night from California Grill and she's worried that there's too much overlap in the menus.
