Anyone have any idea of what the going rate for severance pay after a lay off is?.....

I have a bit of an idea but would like to see if anyone here has any insights.

Went off visit some friends and family in Ontario last week. Came back to work yesterday and half my team including me have been laid off. I knew it was a little slow but I was blindsided by it.
