That's what he wants. Reality is Congress would flat turn it down. They like the money and jobs that come from government

Let's say they cut 1mil jobs...that's an immediate 1% increase in unemployment. 1% of good paying jobs.
It's the jump-start to the Trump recession that'll come if he does anything he promised. Tariffs and this would destroy the economy.
