What’s your list of what you want to get rid of?

Seventy-five percent, at least, of the head count, I think on Day 1. If you woke up tomorrow and there were 50 percent fewer people working in the federal bureaucracy, not a thing is going to change for the worse. But a lot, I believe, will have changed for the better.
