Which conversely is what I think Dickbag is planning on, to allow him to go after Thune, oust him and then get Rick Scott as Senate leader after all ensuing outrage of Thune not allowing Recess appointments has reached its climax. He may have the juice to get him out.
or Thune already has made a devils bargain with Dickbag and will allow recess appointments.
at that point I think it could go to scotus to decide if its legal.
