They used to sell some as a replacement for laundry soap. Just toss them the wash and clothes are clean -- nm

Right? I use wool balls in the dryer instead of fabric softener. They work very well. -- nm

I haven't used fabric softener or dryer sheets since we got our high efficient washer and dryer. No issues -- nm

They will potentially wear your clothes out faster, but they make them feel softer. -- nm

Do you put any kind of scent on them? I tried those "scent beads" in the wash after switching to detergent sheets and really liked the smell

We have them. I don't like them, but mrsjax and minijax use them (and occasionally put a drop of lemon oil on them). -- nm
