I'd say so. The size and weight of vehicles have become more deadly in crashes involving pedestrians and cyclists. -- nm

This study was occupant fatalities. Wonder how it changes when you consider other people involved in the accident. -- nm

Ahh. I'd like to see some numbers with people outside the vehicle included. Things are not getting better for people outside the vehicles.
