That's been the disconnect with the economy for the last 2 years. People overwhelmingly said they and their state were doing well, while believing

the country was doing badly. The only real explanation for that was the media. Many got it from Fox and MSM saw the polling and felt they had to treat it as a real issue rather than focus on the disconnect.
