It’s legal jargon placeholder naming, means the actual name is TBD but they need to call it something so people know which entity you’re talking about -- (edited)

In legalese it’s what’s referred to as a Defined Term, meaning you define it in the first use, then use it as a substitute throughout the rest of the document.
