What's the news here?

The article just re-hashes information from other stories (chiefly Bloomberg) but doesn't provide any context. Like the 0.3% of screen time according to Nielsen. Bear in mind that Nielsen only measures TV viewing (the actual quote is "0.3 percent of U.S. TV screen viewing"). If only Apple made something other than TVs... Oh, right.
