LIR that video is absolutely my algorithm, but it moves the goal posts a fair bit.

"Director of Goodfellas" beats "Director of Dances" with all this time passed. That actually seems fair to me, since Goodfellas has received all the praise in the years since while Dances With Wolves arguably not as much.
But then "Mrs. Brown" actress beats "As Good As It Gets" actress. This time Helen Hunt is overrated not because Mrs. Brown has received all this praise in the years since, but because the Mrs. Brown performance is objectively better. I would point out that As Good As It Gets was probably much wider seen and voters need to actually see a movie in order to judge it.
