starting last Jan. or Feb.: daily walking up and down the steps going under the bridge outside. ~300 total. -- (edited)

my legs were going to shite, not getting enough walking around. Something needed to be done!
I do this after my morning routine which is 40 push-ups + other stuff with the 10 lb. weights.
