You can buy it at any pet store, it's all I use when Murphy has an accident (and I used it when Fenway had surgery and was peeing on my futon afterwards). It completely neutralizes the odor. I even used it to get rid of existing cat odors that had seeped into the closet floor of my old apt. It works really well (and it doesn't have that cover-up smell like Febreeze).
