It’s an eating with all of your senses thing. Good food doesn’t just taste good, it should look good, smell good, feel good, evoke memories,

generate good sensations and show the cook cares about food.

I know it’s a troll video, but those Italians are freaking out because instead of a meal they were looking forward to enjoying they’re going to have to sit through a meal that won’t measure up.

People can make pasta how they want. But at the same time, you’d better not break the pasta in my house.
