The most annoying was obvious the 4ish hours of tech support to get to the conclusion that no matter how many times you power cycle -- (edited)

The modem, it won’t work.
Each level of support had me go through the same steps as the previous, just in case it worked.
Because it was the day before the holiday, I think they were trying to keep from having to send someone out until Friday.
